These terms apply to this website and, unless a product provides separate terms, to ExceptionHound LLC digital products and services.

Use of our products

You may use our products for lawful purposes and in accordance with any product-specific instructions, store terms, license terms, or purchase conditions presented to you.

Intellectual property

ExceptionHound's software, branding, original artwork, text, interfaces, and other original materials are owned by ExceptionHound LLC or used with permission. Third-party names, services, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Beta and development products

Some products may be identified as prototypes, beta releases, previews, or works in progress. Features may change, break, be removed, or become unavailable while those products are being developed.

Purchases

Purchases made through an app store, payment processor, or other marketplace may also be governed by that provider's terms, refund rules, and billing processes. Product-specific prices and benefits will be shown before purchase.

No misuse

You may not use our services to violate law, interfere with systems or other users, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.

Availability and warranties

Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to build reliable products, but we do not promise that every product will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Changes

Products and these terms may change as ExceptionHound evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or providing an appropriate notice.
